{mosimage}Many times in our life we develop a strong liking towards a particular individual or thing, but we don't get them. Some of us become sarcastic towards it in the name of "Once bitten, twice shy". But there are some people for whom those incidents couldn't make any dent in their personalities. They believe in "Life just goes on..." I read one of the interviews of Sushmita Sen few years back. (I love the interviews of Tabu & Sushmita Sen as they give really sensible quotes unlike other dumb starlets). It was the time when she had broke up with her then boy friend - Vikram Bhatt. The question in the interview was that she was claiming that even though she & Vikram had broke up, he was her good friend, was it possible?

The story she narrated went like this... "There was a guy who was having crush over this girl since school days. Everyday on his prayers at morning he used to pray God that he should win that girl, but ultimately didn't. Out of frustration, he moved to another place concentrated on his career, achieved something and got married to another girl. Years later when he was strolling with his wife, he accidentally bumped at his ex-flame. He took a look at his wife and her alternatively and muttered to himself "Thanks God, for not answering my prayers". Sushmita Sen concluded the episode that even though Vikram and she were nice persons individually, as a couple they were incompatible.

{mosimage}Most of us at this stage of life might have felt this story relevant and many guys in coming years are about to feel the same. Atleast I identified very much with me. My first ever crush was when I was in my Engg college. She was from my home town and at that time I was prepared to drop my masters plans and settle for any job in Cuddalore if I propose her. Man proposes God disposes... but He didn't dispose what I proposed, but something else. I think thats why I moved to Coimbatore and then to Abu Dhabi, else my life would have ended in the smallest circle - Cuddalore. I met her during last vacation and believe me I really thanked God for not answering my prayer then and letting it just be a crush, then I wouldn't have experienced life like what I got now.

I seriously believe that God will dispose only things that are meant for my good. Thats how I don't feel cynical to believe in love. According to Holy Quran, Whatever rice on which your name is written on, it will ultimately reach you. So why cry unnecessarily on things that were not destined for you? Enjoy every second of life, be happy
