Vidya BalanIt happened one night. By the time I gave up the hopes of retaining all the blogposts in the new site, I accidentally stumbled upon this plugin "mosimage" for Joomla 1.5.X. This was a God sent thing for people with voluminous Joomla 1.0 site. Once I installed it and moved the content database to new one, I found my new version site up in few minutes. Quite unbelievable!!! So I dedicate this upgraded site to "Burek" who wrote this plugin. Now I have got the basic site up and running and the enhancements will be in coming days for sure. As of now I am planning to build a separate library section for my books and DVD collection, for which I have some other plans for future. However the rest of the other functionalities are left intact with the old version.

For a while I was missing Vidya Balan very much. Since she is available to media at the time of her releases and next movie "No one killed Jessica" will release sometime at the later part of this year, there was no sign of her until the recent Filmfare South Awards and Gollapudi Award happened in Chennai. Even though she looked stunning in Sabyasache's sarees, I feel she is getting alarmingly repeatative. Some photos of hers in the embedded gallery which is a new feature I added in this new version. Just move the cursor over the thumbnails and that image will be loaded as the large image..

Recently I am catching up with the DVDs of the movie that haunted me during my adoloscent age - "Maine Pyar Kiya", "Hum Aapke Hai Kaun", "Ninne Pelladtha (Telugu)", "Gulabi (Telugu)". No matter how much we change in life, whatever number of movies we see, books we read but whatever that appealed to us in the age of 16-24 will always be special to us.
